About Anastasia

Artist. Clinical Hypnotherapist. Guide into the Subconscious.

Anastasia Pitanova is an internationally collected artist, clinical hypnotherapist, entrepreneur, and educator whose work is centered on one lifelong question:

What becomes possible when we truly reconnect with ourselves?

For years, Anastasia has helped people transform their lives by working directly with the subconscious mind. Through clinical hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and transformational coaching, she has witnessed people release fears, rewrite limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and discover parts of themselves they thought had been lost.

Over time, she realized that healing doesn't happen only through words.

Sometimes it happens through color.
Sometimes through silence.
Sometimes through a single image that speaks directly to something the conscious mind cannot explain.

That realizattion transformed her relationship with art forever.

Today, Anastasia no longer sees a separation between her work as a hypnotherapist and her work as an artist. Both are expressions of the same mission—to help people reconnect with their deepest truth.

Art as a Conversation with the Subconscious

Every painting begins without a fixed destination.

Rather than painting what she already knows, Anastasia paints to discover what wants to emerge. Layers of texture, movement, color, and symbolism become a dialogue with the subconscious - a space where intuition leads and meaning reveals itself over time.

Her collectors often describe having an emotional response they cannot immediately explain. A painting may evoke memories, create stillness, inspire courage, or simply remind someone of a part of themselves they haven't visited in years.

For Anastasia, that is the true purpose of art.

Not simply to decorate a space, but to transform the energy within it.

The Collections

Her work currently unfolds through two evolving collections.

Deep Into Subconscious

This series explores the hidden landscapes of the human psyche.

It is an invitation to meet the parts of ourselves we often avoid - the unconscious patterns, forgotten memories, inner conflicts, resilience, and extraordinary wisdom that exist beneath everyday awareness.

These paintings are not about darkness.

They are about discovery.

Flowers: Awaken the New Earth

Where one journey descends inward, the other begins to bloom.

Flowers: Awaken the New Earth represents renewal, expansion, creativity, and the beauty that emerges after transformation. Inspired by nature and the intelligence of life itself, these works celebrate growth, possibility, and the quiet power of becoming.

Together, these collections tell one story:

The journey inward always creates a new way of living outward.

Beyond the Canvas

Anastasia's work extends beyond the studio.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, she helps clients create lasting change by working with the subconscious mind - the place where beliefs, habits, emotions, and identity are formed.

Through private sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, and educational content, she teaches that transformation does not require becoming someone else.

It requires remembering who we already are beneath fear, conditioning, and old stories.

Whether someone encounters her through a painting, a hypnotherapy session, a workshop, or one of her conversations online, the intention remains the same:

To create experiences that awaken self-awareness, inspire healing, and reconnect people with their own inner wisdom.

Her Vision

Anastasia believes that art, psychology, and human transformation belong together.

The future she is creating is one where fine art is not only admired but experienced, where creativity becomes a pathway to healing, and where conversations about the subconscious become accessible to everyone.

Her vision is to continue building collections that invite reflection, expand consciousness, and inspire people to live with greater authenticity, courage, and presence.

For Those Who Feel Called

Her work resonates with people who are curious about themselves.

People who believe that growth never truly ends.

People who understand that healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about uncovering what has always been whole.

Whether through art or through the subconscious mind, Anastasia's invitation is simple:

Slow down.
Look within.
Trust what begins to emerge.
